Hi, I'm Shannon! Picture yourself standing in a flower garden in early spring. You look over and see a small bud that hasn't opened yet. It looks like it might become a bright pink vibrant blossom, but since it hasn't opened yet, you're not sure. What you do know is that this flower will bloom and when it does, it will be a beautiful sight, it will smell delicious, and it will make you very happy. That's me! I'm the dainty bud waiting to bloom into a vibrant flower. What I mean is this: right now I'm a puppy who is a little bit cautious because for nine months (that's how old I am as of Sept 2020) I have grown up with my very gregarious fur-sisters, so I've been able to get by without developing much confidence around people. I get along well with dogs but I need time to warm up to people before I accept affection. However, I really enjoy affection and petting and being loved on, so it's important for my family to be patient with me and to help me grow and blossom. I am a pretty puppy now, and I will blossom into a beautiful dog who will give the kind of love to my family that they've been dreaming about. Are you my family? Come meet me soon, please!
