Hello, my name is Forrest, and I am a senior, large yellow hound boy. I was born in 2008, and weigh about 66 pounds. Somehow I got lost in the Gila Wilderness in the coldest winter on record in 2013. I was very tired and on my last leg when two kind human friends who were snow mobiling found me. They nursed me back to health, and after a month they brought me to Desert Haven where I am protected. I am very calm and I love getting attention from my human friends. My soulmate Mosey is my constant companion and playmate. I dream of a quiet, loving and peaceful home for me and Mosey.
