Hi, my name is Sammy, and I am an adult copper colored Labrador retriever mix boy. I weigh about 40 to 45 pounds, and I believe I was born in the fall of 2012. My owner was unable to spend much time with me, and released me to the City shelter. Desert Haven rescued me from the shelter on January 2, 2017. My human friends at Desert Haven taught me how to walk on a leash without pulling or jumping, and they say I am very affectionate and gentle. I would be a perfect companion for humans seeking a sweet, good natured dog.
