Hi, my name is Bootz and I am a terrier mix fur girl that is eager to please. I'm energetic and affectionate. Going on walks is so much fun and so is playing in the yard. I LOVE playing with people! I have fun playing Tug with the people here at Desert Haven. I like to play fetch, too. I am very smart, so I learned right away to bring my toy back to my person. They throw, I fetch. Fun, fun! Are you getting the idea that I am a fun dog? It's true! Fun, cute, playful, happy-- that's me! People also tell me that I have very strong hunting instincts because anything that moves gets my attention. Since I'm a hunter, a house with cats would not be best for me. I also want you to keep me safe, so a fenced yard is a must. Since I'm very smart, I would need lots of mental stimulation and physical exercise. I am such a happy girl and daily exercise helps me feel great! After a good day of play I like to sit on a nice soft lap while getting a little special attention and petting. I really want to join a family where I will get plenty of play/exercise, as well as quiet time with my favorite humans: YOU!
