Hello there! I'm Bear Cub. I'm a tiny tot of just 9 weeks of age as of 8/3/2020 but I'm already full of charm. I'm a playful and sweet fur-boy. When you meet me you'll be impressed with my smarts. I'm very responsive in following the lead of the volunteer here at Desert Haven. This probably makes me very trainable as I already know to pay attention to the humans and what they might want me to do. The people here say that I will most likely have my neuter surgery (YOUCHIE!!) in September and then I will be ready to go to my new home shortly after that. When you carry me you'll get the heavenly scent of my Puppy Breath and I'll probably be serene and calm. I like to be held and cuddled. I know I'm small, but I'm even relatively good on a leash. It's crazy, I know, but I guess I'm just the quintessential Black Lab -- good from every angle! Let's meet soon so you can see for yourself! Love you, Bear Cub
