Hello, I'm Cupcake and one of my favorite spots is in your lap. I like to be petted and told that I'm a good, good girl. I do well on car trips. I just had a spa day at the groomer and got a puppy cut. I'm 8 years old, so not really a puppy any more, but I am still very lively with plenty of energy. To prove it, I've ran off from my care-takers and went adventuring on my own in the Great Outdoors. It wasn't fun, but I survived and was found thankfully, and now the people taking care of me at Desert Haven think that I will need a very secure fenced yard in my new home, so I can be safe. My family will lavish lots of attention onto me and help me feel loved. I've had some deep losses in my life and I want to learn to relax again, to love again, to be loved again. There's something else about me you should know: my new family won't have chickens as I've been known to harm them. That's right, don't let this sweet little face fool you. I may be small at only ten pounds, but I have a bit of a prey drive. Other fabulous things about me are that I enjoy going on walks, I am sweet and cuddly, and I am completely adorable. I am ready to move on to the next phase of my life with people who can be patient with me while I recover from my losses and that will love me forever and ever. Is it you? Love, Cupcake
