Hi, I'm Mick! I bet one of the first things you noticed about me is my handsomeness. Sure, I'm pretty good-looking as far as puppies go (I'm around 6 or 7 months old), but what really stands out when you meet me is my gentle nature. I'm sweet, kind, and loving. They held a contest here at Desert Haven, where I'm living until I get adopted, titled World's Best Hugger, and I won! Paws down, I give the warmest hugs around. Needless to say, my family should enjoy an affectionate pup. Other things to know about me: I love other dogs and gain confidence around my dog-friends. On my own, I tend to be a little more of a "wall-flower", you know, sort of a watcher. Treats help bring me out of my shell very quickly though! I sit nicely when asked. I'm playful. I'm a little hesitant when I see the leash. I might walk away from you, but I just need a little patience. Because once you have that leash on me, let's go! I love going for walks!
