Hi there, hey there, ho there! I'm Linc, the great All American Dog! The volunteers here at Desert Haven call me that because I'm one of those dogs that has it all: I'm a good friend to other doggies, I meet humans in a friendly way, I have a happy and pleasant personality, and I'm good looking! Throw in the fact that I don't pull on the leash and I smile all the time, and you've really got yourself a Great Dog! Though I must admit, when we're on a leashed walk, I do a sort of soft fish tailing either behind you or in front of you, so yes I could use a little bit of leash training to figure that part out. But as luck would have it, I love treats. I am super treat motivated and I'm also quite smart, so I will learn quickly what you decide to teach me. You certainly won't have to teach me how to be easy-going that's for sure. I just simply like to be with my people, my dog friend, and I like being a dog. I was even cat-tested and I wagged my tail and was calm around the cats so I might even be a good friend to a cat, too. I'm all set to find my family and become someone's Best Friend.
