Hello! I'm Baby and I'm a sweet kitty-cat who needs a new home, pronto. I'm 3 years old, most of my beautiful body is white and I have this gorgeous face with calico oranges, browns, and whites. Now, I need you to bare with me and please don't judge me by my pictures here. I am aware I look scared in these pictures. The reason I look scared is because I am scared right now. Over one month ago my beloved owner who I've known and loved and lived with all my life, passed away. I got confused at first. I was like, where is my best friend? Where is the woman I've been playing with, snuggling with, sharing all of life's sweet and fun moments with? Where is she? I couldn't find her anywhere. Then, I got scared -- because I was all alone in our house for three weeks -- with someone coming in just to feed me each day. The person who was feeding me did her best to find me a home but she couldn't. So she decided to call Desert Haven to see if there was space for me to live here. Thankfully they agreed to take me in and now here I am. In a new place that isn't home. The volunteers here are doing their best to help me feel loved and cared about, but I really miss my beloved person. I really want a new person quickly because I'm having a bit of trouble getting over these confused feelings. I am litter box trained. I am spayed and vaccinated and healthy. I am a very good and polite girl with excellent house manners. I am very good at being a loved house cat so I hope to find a person quickly who can give me the love and patience I need to start to relax again and get back to the loving, friendly, happy, sweet, affectionate, wonderful best friend I love to be. Sure, I'll be scared at first, who wouldn't be after what I've been through, but it won't take long for me to acclimate and love you completely. Come meet me soon! Love, Baby
