From Amara’s owner Dusti:
This is Amara, I've had her in my home for 3 months. She is 1.5 yrs old. She is spayed & up to date on shots, has had the rattlesnake shot also. Amara is house trained & crate trained. She weighs 42 pounds.
Amara is not good with cats. Amara is great with people. As far as kids, maybe older kids but I would not recommend small children cuz she's a pup & rambunctious. She could knock little kids down.
We have several rescued dogs and we rescued Amara three months ago. She was fine with all 3 of our other dogs until after our alpha dog Snowball died on May 2nd. Because Snowball was the alpha, the dominance thing kicked in for Amara to be the alpha. And she has been fighting with one of our other dogs ever since. The girl pup she is fighting with is having back pain that we are working on managing. We have been keeping them separated so everyone stayed safe as possible. We can’t find a trainer to help us with getting the girls to get along again and it is not working to try to keep them separated. We are having a hard time with all that is going on so we have decided to rehome Amara. Amara will do very well as an only dog.
Amara is very loving. She loves her toys so much. She has not quite learned fetch yet. Amara loves to snuggle. She loves meeting new people. She’s a zoomie dog with fun energy so she jumps up on people. I've been leash training her and that is going very well. She is a very smart and is a great dog.
I will perform a home inspection. Call or text me (Dusti) at 307-371-6707.
