Hi, I'm Ava! What do you think of when you first look at me? Do you notice my doe eyes that are like big black saucers? My eyes are one beautiful thing about me that's for sure. Or did you take note of my long gangly legs that remind some of a newly born fawn in a meadow? Or was it my ridiculously adorable right ear that lays in a comical "comb-over" position most of the time? Ha ha ha, what a funny ear I have! Ok, that takes care of my good and notable looks now let's take care of some of the other important details people like to know about puppies when they are looking for the right one to adopt. (Spoiler Alert, I think it's me!) I'm 3.5 months old. Right now I'm 7 pounds and am expected to get to 40 pounds at the very most. My momma was a 40 pound Boxer and my papa was not in the picture so we don't know what his breed or size was. My momma took good care of me and my littermates and now I'm in a foster home in Elephant Butte NM having the absolute best care too. I'm crate trained and I'm a good girl. I already have a great start on my house-training so finishing off my training at your house will be a snap. Now let's get down to my personality. It's AWESOME and the best part about me! I have a flair for independence so I'm really great at playing with my toys by myself when you are busy with life's daily work that doesn't involve me. I love any kind of toys but plushies and stuffies are the best. I am an adventurous puppy and love to explore. I have a lot of confidence already and meet everyone with happiness and ease, animals and human alike. I'm bright, sweet, loving, and simply a super-great puppy. Hope I get scooped up soon! Love, Ava
